Returns

For Indian Customers

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at reachus@romoch.com 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If by any chance you are not satisfied with the product received, kindly drop us a mail on reachus@romoch.com with complete order details within 15 days of receiving the order along with a reason for return or exchange

Once the return request is accepted by our team, customer would need to send the items back to us.

You can return or claim refund in the event of product received by customer is in damaged condition or have received the wrong product. You should email us on reachus@romoch.com within 15 days of receipt of product. You need to send few photographs and video of the damaged or wrong product received by you.

We shall review your mail and revert to you. Once our product team approves for return you are expected to dispatch the product to us.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our products are handmade hence there could be minor variations in the product compared to the picture on our website, request you to kindly consider the same. Color, shades, texture, size displayed may slightly vary from the actual product. We request you to consider these minor variations.
