At ROMOCH, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday and Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
FAQs on Shipping
Does Romoch.com deliver internationally?
Yes, Romoch.com does delivers products worldwide. We have facility to place international orders with an international credit card / debit card or through PayPal. If you wish to place an order and need any kind of assistance, you can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall assist you with the same. International delivery would take 3 to 10 days once we ship the order (Kindly refer to processing time for items ordered to understand the delivery timelines).
How much are the delivery charges?
Romoch.com.com provides free delivery on all items. COD Charges would be additional. These charges are applicable for parcels within India, International shipping charges have different rates and are displayed on Cart page before placing the order.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery time varies between 4 to 30 working days depending on the items in your order. Tracking information will be sent once items are shipped. For made to order items, processing time is 6 to 25 days and once the item is ready to dispatch it would take another 4-6 days to deliver.
How will the delivery be done?
We use reputed logistics company for the shipment of orders.,. In case the shipping address is not under the serviceable area by them, we shall arrange to send packages via Indian Post
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
GST (goods and service tax) is applicable on all orders.
How do I track my shipment?
Shipment details will be sent via mail to the registered email address on our website. Please add "email@example.com" to your email safe list to avoid the mails go to Spam folder of your Inbox. This shipping email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.
What pincodes do you ship to?
We ship to all pin codes in India and worldwide. Romoch.com has Cash On Delivery option available in India on selected number of pin codes, to check the availability of COD service on your pin code, you can input the pin code on the product page and find out.
Is there anything I need to take care of as a Customer?
Yes, we would request you to be alert about the estimated delivery date for your order and inform us if the order does not reach you. If you think that courier company has wrongly updated the order as delivered or has not delivered the order, please let us know within 2 days of your expected date of delivery. We will liaise with our courier company to provide you the proof of delivery.
Cancellation / Refund / Return Policy
How do I cancel an order on Romoch.com?
Should you wish to cancel your order, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with order details and reason for cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. In case the payment was made already for the order, we will agree for you to order another item from our website or refund the amount. In case of cancellation request within 24 hours, a refund will be processed within 5 working days.
If the cancellation request is placed after 24 hours of placing the order for a prepaid order, the refund would be provided in the form of store credit for future purchase on our website.
Beyond 24 hours we shall dispatch the order within the stipulated shipping time frame, hence it would not be possible to cancel the order.
Note - As per sole discretion of Romoch, in an event if it has been agreed to refund on cancellation, refund may be provided post deduction of administration charges upto 15%.
What if the product delivered is not same as the ordered product or damaged?
We take great care during our packaging to ensure only the ordered items are delivered to our customers. If in case you receive a product different from what you ordered, drop us a mail on email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will assist you with same.
If there are any major issues and the product has got seriously damaged in transit, we request you to drop us a mail on firstname.lastname@example.org with proof (picture of the damaged product along with the order details) within 24 hours of receiving the product. We shall look into the issue and address your concern accordingly.
Our products are handmade hence there could be minor variations in the product compared to the picture on our website, request you to kindly consider the same. Color, shades, texture, size displayed may slightly vary from the actual product. We request you to consider these minor variations.
For international orders, we will handle any issues on case to case basis and refer below section of “For International Customer”.
For Indian Customer:
Once I receive my order does Romoch.com allow exchange / return of products?
Yes, of course. If by any chance you are not satisfied with the product received, kindly drop us a mail on email@example.com with complete order details within 48 hours of receiving the order along with a reason for exchange / cancellation.
Once the exchange / return request is accepted by our team, a return pickup will be arranged by us within 2 working days. Request you to kindly keep the product in the original packing and our delivery partner will arrange a pickup from your address.
In case of an exchange / return, the order amount (except shipping and COD charges as applicabale) will be credited to your ROMOCH store credit within 2-3 working days once we receive the item back with us (Kindly note returned items take between 7 to 30 days to reach back to our warehouse.). You can use the store credit for any future purchase on our website (www.romoch.com). For certain orders, Romoch.com may take a decision to deduct 15% admin charges and remaining amount would be credited as ROMOCH store credit.
**Item having value Rs. 15,000/- and above would be not be eligible for return / exchange and in an uneventful scenario of a damage in transit, it would be replaced.
**Items from Vilandi Kundan, Polki and Jadau collection, floral jewelry, Meenakari and American diamond made to order collection would be not be eligible for return / exchange and in an uneventful scenario of a damage in transit, it would be replaced.
1. If you receive an incorrect item or damaged / defective product, we will replace the product.
2. Refund process in case of incorrect item or majorly damaged product will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
3. Products returned should be unused, unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return.
4. It should be sent back in original packing to ensure it reaches to us in proper condition in-case it reaches us in damage condition or already damaged product is further damaged in transit it would be sole discretion of Romoch to decide whether customer will be entitled for full store credit or part store credit.
Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. In case a reverse pick-up is not done for any reason (due to any reason owing to customer or the courier company's mistake), responsibility lies on the customer to contact Romoch to arrange for the pick-up again. Failure to contact Romoch timely to arrange the reverse pick-up again may lead to rejection for exchange/return request. For certain areas or pin codes reverse pick-up facility may not be available. In such case it’s expected that the customer shall send the product via courier to us.
Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or store credit (as the case may be) of the appropriate amount within 5 working days. If, however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 15 days of our receiving of the return package from you. Romoch will not be liable for any damage that happens during return shipping.
Multiple return requests under the same order or return requests on orders placed using store credit will be accepted as per sole discretion of Romoch and if accepted administration charges may apply upto 25%.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Romoch and accept Romoch decision regarding the return validation that is - if the product is valid to be accepted as return or not. Non-Valid return will be sent back to the customer. Repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to barring of COD facility without any intimation. For repeated return of products from a customer Romoch reserves right to withdraw the facility of cancellation and return with or without any prior intimation. Afterwards, all future orders will be processed on prepaid non-cancelation and non-refundable basis.
For international Customers:
You can return or claim refund in the event of product received by customer is in damaged condition or have received the wrong product. You should email us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of product. You need to send few photographs of the damaged or wrong product received by you.
We shall review your mail and revert to you in 2 working days. Once our product team approves for return or refund you are expected to dispatch the product to us.
Return Policy for International customer
In-case you don’t like the product and would like to return you can write to us. Our product team would decide whether return can be accepted or not based on their review of product item you have ordered. In the event of we are accepting the return, you would receive store credit only and no refund is possible. The customer is expected to send the product to us in original packaging and ensure it reaches to us undamaged.
Once we receive the product we shall review it and provide you the store credit accordingly.
In-case customer is eligible for return or refund the customer is hereby expected to do the following:
Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. We shall write to you in 2 working days once we receive it and shall let you know the status.
We will handle return or refund claim or any issues on case to case basis.
Sole discretion lies with Romoch and its hereby expected that customer would agree not to dispute the decision made by Romoch.
